Service Description
I will come create a sacred space and provide yoga + meditation for up to 10 employees at one time. Additional employees will be $15 per. Focus on alignment, breathwork, and takeaway moves that can be done during a typical office workday. Rental of yoga mats and equipment not included. Lunch not included and should follow practice.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that a minimum 24 hours notice is required to make, change, or cancel a booking without penalty. No refunds will be provided within 24 hours of appointment.
